  • Orders are processed within 1–2 days and delivered in 5–7 working days via Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Amazon, or Shadowfax.

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or issues during transit once the order has been shipped.

🔹 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

  • We only accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery and only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credits (gift cards).
