Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.

Note: BLACK BAY does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days.

  • Shipping Method: Standard shipping.

  • Cost: Complimentary (Free of charge).

  • You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after placing your order.

    • Didn’t receive it? Please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Order Updates

  • Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

  • Order processing and deliveries may be delayed during:

    • Major holidays

    • Sale/markdown periods

Pre-Order Policy

  • Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped upon arrival at our facility.

  • Full payment is charged at checkout.

  • Once your pre-order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

  • We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express / UPS / CourierVia.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a tracking number shows proof of delivery, BLACK BAY is not responsible for:

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Stolen items

Final Sale Policy

  • All products purchased during sale or promotion periods are Final Sale – no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • BLACK BAY reserves the right to:
