If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Black Bay offers free shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed and dispatched according to the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
A ₹100 pickup charge applies to standard return and exchange requests. Approved returns are issued as Black Bay store credit rather than a monetary refund. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
