By placing an order with Black Bay, you acknowledge the terms described in this Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition
- Original tags, labels, packaging and accessories, where applicable, are intact
- Proof of purchase or order details are available
- The item has not been damaged, altered or improperly handled after delivery
2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products may be excluded from return or exchange for hygiene, safety, customisation, final-sale or other product-specific reasons. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated on the relevant product page or at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and relevant supporting information. We may request photographs or other information to review the issue before confirming the appropriate resolution.
4. Exchange Process
Approved exchanges are subject to product and size availability. A ₹100 pickup charge applies to standard exchange requests. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Black Bay may offer Black Bay store credit, subject to the applicable terms.
5. Inspection of Returned Items
Returned items may be inspected after receipt to confirm that they meet the applicable return or exchange conditions. Black Bay reserves the right to decline a return or exchange where the item does not meet those conditions.
6. Return Shipping & Charges
A ₹100 pickup charge applies to standard return and exchange requests. Approved returns are issued as Black Bay store credit rather than a monetary refund. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
